Pearl Marc is propogated as one of the better hotels in Kurukshtra with central location and party and function halls. The room was large but cleanliness at checking in was found wanting. It appeared that the room was not prepared before allotment. Breakfast timings in the restaurant begin at 9.00 am. So early birds may lose out. There were minor other service problems.

Nice location and facade but due to renovation the reception is not good but people are cordial .they need to upgrade the reception . Luxury rooms are worth the money and try only these . The service provided by Ram singh were excellent and the food served was good . The bathrooms are clean with good fittings and room ambience is good . They really need to upgrade their professionalism and polish their delivery to reach the top .

This hotel on Railway road was pathetic. Though the tariff is high the service was bad.The room was dingy and there were cockroaches in the bathroom.Even though winter has set in even hot water was also not available.We had to make multiple calls for hot water but to no use. Will not recommend this place

currently renovation is going on, ideally they should have shut the hotel and done this. Old cot, beds with dirty covers, horrible experience. Please do not go for next 12 months until the renovations are complete. Hotel site talks about parking, there are no parking available, you have to park on the road side, reception person said they have 2 security guards, none of them were seen on the previous evening or next day

This hotel has good facilities and rooms; still I will rate the hotel as average. Railway station, Kessel Mall, Domino's, Pizza Hut, Dosa plaza are within walkable distance. The rooms are with widndow ACs and temperature is set automatically. You cannot change it. You've to wait until the room gets cool. Bed, pillows are Ok Ok. Hotel staff is also Ok Ok. Sometimes they don't answer when you call the room service number on the intercom. Hotel's food is of poor quality, as compared to it's cost. The taste of the food was not good, but the ambience of restaurant is good. Hotel has free WiFi; you will have to ask for it's password.
